The biennial International Conference on Monte Carlo Methods and Applications (MCM) (formerly IMACS Seminar on Monte Carlo Methods) is one of the most prominent conference series devoted to research on stochastic simulation and Monte Carlo methods.

Chicago will host the 2025 installment of the International Conference on Monte Carlo Methods and Applications (MCM 2025) on the campus of Illinois Institute of Technology. This biennial conference brings together mathematicians, statisticians, computer scientists, operations researchers, and experts in various application areas—including finance, chemistry, and physics—to discuss the frontiers of the theory and practice of Monte Carlo methods.

Travel Support:

Intended for graduate students and early career researchers who need a travel subsidy (up to $1000) to cover travel expenses to attend Monte Carlo Methods 2025. If selected for a travel subsidy, participants will be reimbursed up to $1000 for travel and or hotel expenses which are compliant with IMSI policies.

First priority will be given to those who apply by February 28, 2025.
